StarairAviation Industrial Base Phase II Project Commences Construction Smoothly
On the morning of May 27, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Phase II Project of Starair Aviation Industrial Base was held. He Enguang, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Acting Mayor, and He Qinghua, Founder and Chairman of Startair, attended the ceremony and delivered speeches.

The Phase II Project is located in Zhuzhou Aviation Industrial Park, adjacent to the existing factory area. It will be constructed in two phases, including the R&D building, activity center and other supporting facilities, as well as newly built standardized factory buildings. Upon completion, the project will comprehensively enhance the company's R&D and production capacity in the fields of general aircraft, UAVs, and emergency rescue aviation equipment. It will provide solid hardware support for undertaking larger-scale market orders and steadily boosting the company's core competitiveness and development potential.

Since venturing into the aviation industry in 2002, Starair has been deeply engaged in China's general aviation industry for more than 20 years, always adhering to the mission and vision of "Creating Chinese Value for the Aviation Industry". Adhering to the "pioneering innovation" strategy, the independently developed Aurora light sport aircraft has delivered over 450 units in total, with cumulative flight hours exceeding 260,000 hours. The sales volume exceeded 100 units in 2025, making it a well-deserved benchmark brand in China's general aviation sector.
Meanwhile, the company actively expands application scenarios for the low-altitude economy and launches key products such as tethered UAV fire trucks and large unmanned transport aircraft. It has formed a product matrix featuring the coordinated development of manned and unmanned aerial vehicles, covering general aviation, emergency rescue, logistics transportation and other fields.

Going forward, taking this project construction as an opportunity, Starair will continue to focus on its core general aviation business, unswervingly follow the path of independent innovation, increase R&D investment and optimize industrial layout. With stronger product strength and a more complete industrial layout, the company will build a first-class national general aviation complete aircraft manufacturing base, and fully contribute its strength to the development of Zhuzhou's aviation industrial cluster and the high-quality growth of the low-altitude economy.
